The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Webster Outlying Field Special Communications Missions Solutions Division has a requirement to provide Motorola Solutions, Inc. (Motorola) brand name Ultra High Frequency (UHF), Very High Frequency (VHF), and multiband radios and accessories. The Government intends to issue a five-year Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract on a limited competition basis between Motorola and authorized resellers. Motorola is the only manufacturer capable of meeting this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Responses by phone or fax will not be accepted.
