The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(l), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a firm fixed price contract, on a sole-source basis to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (CAGE 73030) for the procurement of various pieces of Peculiar Support Equipment in support of the France E-2D program.
