AMENDMENT 0004 Amendment 0004 is hereby issued to: Revise the delivery schedule from four (4) months after receipt of order to twenty-seven (27) weeks after receipt of order. Extend the proposal submission deadline to 4 March 2024, 12:00 PM EST. AMENDMENT 0003 Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to extend the proposal submission deadline to 7 February 2024, 01:00 PM EST. AMENDMENT 0002 Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to extend the proposal submission deadline to 2 February 2024, 05:00 PM EST. AMENDMENT 0001 Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to extend the drawing package request period through 22 January 2024 and the proposal submission deadline to 29 January 2024, 05:00PM EST. Furthermore, Amendment 0001 clarifies that Offerors may submit a Request for Variance (RFV) for any obsolete part numbers or components found within the drawing package. RFVs will be independently reviewed by the technical evaluators for technical acceptability. “Technically acceptable” RFVs shall be defined as “an RFV that serves as a sufficient subsitute for the corresponding part number or component”. “Technically unacceptable” RFVs shall be defined as “an RFV that does not serve as a sufficient substitute for the corresponding part number or components”. Offerors who propose RFVs deemed to be “technically unacceptable” shall be ineligible for award. Offerors are encouraged to propose RFVs only when absolutely necessary to generate a compliant technical proposal. This requirement is for Triton System Administration Set (TSAS) Airborne Network Router (ANR) and General Network Router (GNR) Load Cable Set, P/N: 4106AS0481-1, and TSAS Common Load and Troubleshooting Cable Set, P/N: 4106AS0485-1, for the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Program in support of the United States Navy and Partner Countries.
