Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to issue the following clarification regarding required encryption standards: "Unclassified and CUI systems are TAA and FIPS. For classified systems, NSA directs that AES-256 and SHA-384 or SHA-512 be used for all classification levels." The quotation submission period is extended through 5:00 PM EDT, 30 May 2024, accordingly. All vendors who submitted quotations prior to the issuance of Amendment 0001 shall resubmit in order to be eligible for award. All vendors submitting a quotation must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 with quotation submission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is N6833524Q0495 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular as of the time of this solicitation. (iv) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1250 (# of employees). This requirement is a total small business set aside and only qualified sellers may submit offers. (v) The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division Lakehurst requires the following items: CLIN 0001: Solid State Drive, qty. 145 (USN) CLIN 0002: Solid State Drive, qty. 17 (RAAF) (vi) See Attachment 001-Statement of Work for full description of requirements and delivery information. Offerors shall submit a quotation for a Solid State Drive meeting the requirements outlined in Statement of Work paragraph 2.1. (viii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this requirement. The Contracting Officer will select the offer that is most advantageous to the Government based on the factors contained in the solicitation. To evaluate Offerors, all quotes will be reviewed for compliance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the solicitation. Each Offeror will either be Eligible or Ineligible for award. Offerors who do not conform to the solicitation will be deemed Ineligible for award. The Government is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Quotes that do not conform to the requirement of the solicitation may be rejected without further evaluation, deliberation, or discussion. To be considered Eligible for award, offerors shall: (1) Propose a Solid State Drive meeting all salient physical, functional, and/orperformance characteristics outlines in SOW paragraph 2.1. All offerors shall be either the Original Equipment Manufacturer or an authorized distributor of the proposed Solid State Drive. If proposing as an authorized distributor, offerors shall provide substantiating documentation. Non-OEM offerors who fail to provide such documentation shall be deemed ineligible for award.
