AMENDMENT 001 The purpose of this amendment is to provide updated CLIN Structure, see attached spreadsheet (file). Offers must be proposed in accordance with the updated attached spreadsheet for CLIN Structure to meet the requirements of the Solicitiation. END OF AMENDMENT 001 The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to issue a Competitive Small Business Set Aside, Fixed Price contract, for the production and delivery of the Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) for the H-1 Helicopter Program. In accordance with the attachments in this solicitation, the submitted proposal must be accompanied by all supporting data and facts used to develop the proposal that are accurate, current and complete to allow Government evaluators to make their independent assessments. Written rationale is requested to define calculations and assumptions made when preparing the proposal. Please provide actuals and any other information that supports the proposed cost elements for each task, Basis of Estimate (BOE). The proposal should include all labor hours and rates proposed by labor category, as well as material, subcontractors, overhead and other direct costs that the Government expects to incur in this effort. A proposal received without sufficient supporting data and rationale, such as inadequate cost/pricing data, will delay the procurement award and/or will result in the proposal being rejected by the Procuring Contract Officer. In the event that the Contractor or any of its subcontractors have non-complying existing deficiencies, the Government requests that these deficiencies be reported to the PCO as soon as they are known. ***This effort requires access to the Technical Data Package (TDP). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a Competitive Small Business Set Aside, Fixed Price Contract, for the procurement of the Short Fuel Cell Installation Paddle (P/N: 18D12886-1) and the Long Fuel Cell Installation Paddle (P/N: 18D12886-2) in support of the USMC, FMS Bahrain (Option 1 Year), FMS Czech (Option 1 Year), and FMS Nigeria (Option 1 Year) H-1 Programs. In order to receive a copy of the Technical Data Package and Drawings, a valid DD2345 must be provided to the Point of Contact in this Posting.
