The anticipated... The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to solicit on a sole source basis to intercomp, Co. (CAGE: 7W667), located in Medina, Minnesota. The anticipated 3-Year, Firm Fixed Price, Basic Ordering Agreement is for the procurement of repair of repairables (RoR) and calibration of the Aircraft Weighing Overrun Set, P/N: 144007 and associated parts used for maintenance of Unmanned Aircraft in support of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Systems Program. The Government intends to negotiate this procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. No solicitation will be available for this procurement.
