The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Data Security, Inc., CAGE: 0B8L1 for the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract. The contract will be for a HD-5T Degausser, 120V (P/N: 954-0000) in support of the in the Prototype, Manufacturing, and Test Division (PMTD). Data Security, Inc. is the only distributor capable of providing a solution that meets the requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
