The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit on a limited competition basis to Boeing, CAGE: 0PXV4, located at 6200 James S Mcdonnell BLVD, Saint Louis, Missouri 63134 & authorized distributors for the manufacturing and delivery of Mission Consoles, P/N: GSE809-439A4003-2PME, Cable – Seril Communications, P/N: GSE809-8090200594-STE, LAPS LCS Circuit Test Support Fixture, P/N: GSE809-8090200836-TSF, Cable-CIU, P/N: GSE809-8090201515-STE, Adapter-LAPS Scoop & Plug Set, P/N: GSE809-8090202032-STE, & R/I Lift Unity-EO/IR TDU, P/N: GSE809-212A4012-PME in support of United States Navy Pt Mugu IMRL P-8A Poseidon Program. This acquisition is being pursued under the sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 calendar days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
