The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE: 51518) for the procurement of the components necessary to assemble the transfer standard, which can also be called the “T-45 BSCTS Alignment Set” (P/N: 4299AS0330-1) in support of the T-45 Program. The support equipment being procured is Load Cell P/N 060-J935-10, Model SC2000 Order Code AE601QC,D1,D2,D3,D4 (transducer/indicator with four high level current input with current output) and Model SC2000 AE601,b1,d1 (transducer/indicator for high level current input with current output). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
