The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems Division has a requirement to procure AN/APN-246 Beacons in support of upgrade efforts related to the Precision Approach and Landing Systems. The Government intends to procure the above items on a sole source basis to Sierra Nevada Corporation, the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the AN/APN-246 Beacons, through a three-year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
