The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a fixed price purchase order, on a sole-source basis to Vitech Corporation (CAGE 0YGK4) for a Software Licenses, Annual maintenance and Support (for CORE server, 2 CAL Packs, 13 CORE Licenses).The models are used to create, specify, communicate, select, and test system and design concepts during the development phase of our programs. Technical services to support required script changes for modeling tool to generate required artifacts. Vitech is the only company that offers maintenance for CORE. Vitech is the developer and sole provider of the CORE software suite that meets the needs by NAWCAD Systems Engineer. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. This notification is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
