The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a fixed price purchase order, on a sole-source basis to 057 Technologies Inc. for a Drive Unit Controller.(Sport Plus). 057 Technologies Inc. is the OEM, and only company who can provide the required Drive Unit Controller (Sport Plus), Large Tesla Drive Unit (Sport Plus), Sport Plus package drive unit power upgrades, Basic low-voltage wiring (controller, motor,pedal, etc), tandard high-voltage cables for the Tesla Drive Unit, Accelerator Pedal, TESLA_REAR_SUBCLIP _ADDON Full Tesla Rear Sub-clip, hubframe, axles, rotors, hubs, knuckles,parking brakes, hydraulic brakes, suspension links, control arms. 16 Tesla Battery Modules, 2 Tesla Half Shafts, 2 Tesla hubs. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. This notification is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
