V22 WC440 IDC SNAPON Tool Grouping The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a limited competition basis for Brand Name Only distributor tools for a V-22 WC440 Tool Grouping (Quantity 11) between IDSC Holdings LLC and Snap-on Tools CAGE 55719, 2801 80TH ST, KENOSHA, WI 53143 USA and their authorized distributors using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. ***Note that this is strictly a limited competition between IDSC Holdings and Snap-on and their authorized distributors. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
