The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Webster Outlying Field Special Communications Mission Solutions Division has a requirement to procure Parraid LLC Network Radio Gateways (NRGs), part numbers RM-08 and DS-04v2. The Government intends to procure the above items on a sole source basis from Parraid LLC through a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Parraid LLC is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the required NRGs. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
