The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Missions Solutions Division has a requirement to procure CMC Electronique, Inc. (CMC) TacView Portable Mission Displays (PMDs) and associated equipment. The Government intends to procure the above items on a sole source basis to the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) through a five year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The CCC will subcontract 100% to CMC, the manufacturer of the required equipment. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
