QUESTIONS: Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Cheryl Abele, at cheryl.a.abele.civ@us.navy.mil. Offerors should not include any proprietary information in a question, because the Government will provide the questions and answers to all potential offerors. All questions must be submitted no later than 4:00PM Eastern Time on the 7th calendar after the date this solicitation is issued. Questions received after the deadline above may be answered at the Government's sole discretion. PROPOSALS: Proposals due NLT 4:00 Eastern Time on 17 November 2022.
