The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a Limited-Competitive basis between Sun Hydraulics Corporation (CAGE 54035), the Original Equipment Manager (OEM), and their authorized distributors, Fluid Power, Inc. (CAGE 1RKT3) and Advanced Fluid Systems (CAGE 5NGH2). This limited competition will be for the procurement of a quantity 250 of Part Number: RVGSLCN, VALVE SAFETY RELIEF. The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
