The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Haskris Co., located in Elmhurst, Illinois (Cage 03731), for the procurement of Haskris, Model OPC8 Water Chiller (part number OPC-8), Spare Controller (part number 8405) and Spare Fan Assembly (part number 20730). These items are in support of Malaysian F/A-18D & Australian F/A-18E-G Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Programs. These items are necessary to cool the eCASS High Power (HP) Stations. Haskris Co. has been identified as the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) of these items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
