It has come to th... AMENDMENT 0001 09 June 2022 - The purpose of this amendment is to address questions received by this agency. The Government is estimating an anticipated award date of 15 August 2022. It has come to the Government's attention that there may be minor calculation error(s) in Attachment 01. No revised attachment is being provided as a part of this amendment, however, the Government will take any calculation error(s) being driven by the attachment in its evaluation(s). As stated in the combined synopsis/solicitation if an Offeror manipulates the Attachment 01 spreadsheet, the Offeror will be deemed Ineligible for award. The response date and time for this combined synopsis/solicitation remains unchanged as a result of this amendment. ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT This annoucement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, Streamlined Acquisitions for Commercial items. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03. The resultant contract will be for a 3-Year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the procurement of brand name Audio Visual (AV) Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment.
