In support of the Webster Outlying Field Special Communications Mission Solutions Division, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst has a requirement to procure Orolia Defense and Security, LLC (Orolia) brand name SecureSync Time and Frequency Synchronization Systems, grounding kits, Global Positioning System (GPS) outdoor antennas, and ancillary supplies through a four (4) year, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under a limited competition between Orolia, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and its authorized distributors. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Webster Outlying Field Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) is seeking information from industry on capabilities and abilities to procure new time and frequency synchronization systems, grounding kits, GPS outdoor antennas, and ancillary items capable of meeting the RRSVS performance requirements for a Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM)-compliant timing and frequency synchronization platform that is also capable of using the M-Code signal and which is compatible with the RRSVS radios.. HOW TO RESPOND: Please provide whitepapers, commercial pamphlets, or any documentation that would describe the company’s ability to meet the above requirements. Interested parties shall respond within five days after release of this RFI with product information that meets all or a subset of the aforementioned attributes.
