Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to provide responses to questions received in response to this solicitation and at the site visit held on 27 April 2022, and to provide a copy of the site visit sign-in sheet dated 27 April 2022. *A second guided site visit for offerors unable to attend the previous site visit will be conducted on 4 May 2022 and commence at 01:00PM EDT. This site visit is planned to be identical to the site visit conducted on 27 April 2022, however, potential offerors who attended the previous site visit may attend at their discretion. Attendees shall confirm attendance no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to commencement of the site visit.* Accordingly, the deadline to submit questions in response to this solicitation has been extended to 4 May 2022 at 5:00PM EDT. The deadline to submit quotations in response to this solicitation remains unchanged. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWC-AD LKE) requires office area demolition work in Hangar 2. This requirement includes the demolition, removal, and disposal of all existing above-slab features within an approximately 550 sq. ft. office area located in Hangar 2. Additionally, the anticipated contract shall require the Contractor to furnish, install, and paint new metal railing; clean, repair, patch, and level the existing concrete floor; and to apply approximately 650 sq. ft. of floor coating in both the office area and stairwell landing. This procurement will be competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested Small Business vendors must be registered as ACTIVE in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
