As implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation., CAGE code: 03AM3, for the procurement of 136 Single Board Computers and 136 Neptune Panel Input/Output Board accessories for the Signal Generator Test Set A1 Central Processing Unit Circuit Card Assembly Engineering Change Proposal. Diamond Systems is the only source that can meet the Government’s SBC and I/O Board requirement in the form factor, configuration, operating environment specification, physical dimensions, and needed quantity. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
