This announcement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, Streamlined Acquisitions for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03. Per this amendment, the redacted Brand Name Justification and Approval document is attached. The purpose of this update is incorporate the following: (1) Amendment 0001 to this solicitation. Amendment 0001 provides answers to the questions received by this agency, as well as the updated parts list included herein as Attachment #001, Revision 1. (2) Incorporate an offeror question deadline of 23 Feb. 2022 at 4:00 PM EST. All interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the combined synopsis/solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Government to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to 23 Feb. 2022 at 4:00 PM EST may not be considered. The purpose of this update is to incorporate the following: Amendment 0002 to this solicitation. Amendment 0002 corrects the formula error in Cell F40 needed to properly calculate Ordering Years 1, 2, and 3. The updated Excel template is attached herein as Attachment 001, Revision 2.
