Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. NAWC-AD Lakehurst is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes. (This effort is a re-compete of a previous requirement: N68335-21-Q-0304) The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to competitively procure Electro Optical Infrared (EO/IR) Adapter Assemblies, Part Number: 4106AS0595-1, NSN: 1730-01-683-5420, for the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program at the Organizational Level of Maintenance for the Triton Unmanned Aircraft. The intention is to competitively award this requirement as a 100%, Small Business Set-Aside. A three (3) year Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) firm fixed price contract is anticipated with a maximum quantity of sixteen (16) units. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination. Award will be made to the responsible small business whose proposal is technically acceptable with acceptable past performance, in full compliance to all other requirements set forth in the solicitation, and the lowest price technically acceptable. The Government will release the solicitation, including any subsequent amendments, to the Unison Marketplace website. No telephone or written request for the solicitation will be accepted. Amendments to the solicitation, if issued, will be posted to the same website. After solicitation release, vendors should regularly access the website to ensure they have read any posted amendments.
