Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, hereby issues solicitation N6833522Q0266 for the procurement of Pylon Handling Adapter, Part Number: 4156AS0150-1, NIIN: 016883196, to support the P-8A Poseidon Program for the United States Navy. See attached solicitation and solicitation attachments for further requirements and instructions. The requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns (see FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside). All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted, via email only, to the Contract Specialist at cheryl.a.abele.civ@us.navy.mil as soon as practicable, but no later than COB on 1 August 2022. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line. The Government reserves the right not to answer questions received after this deadline. All questions received and respective answers will be posted to SAM.gov website via an amendment to this solicitation. The solicitation closing date is by COB on 9 August 2022 and is identified in the solicitation. Submit all responses via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Cheryl Abele, at cheryl.a.abele.civ@us.navy.mil. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to the closing date and time established may render an offeror non-responsive and result in rejection. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. SPECIAL NOTICE: Interested parties shall submit a request for Attachment 1 - Drawing – 4156AS0150-1_Pylon Adapter, via e-mail and including a current, certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) to cheryl.a.abele.civ@us.navy.mil no later than COB on 01 August 2022. Late requests may not be considered. Drawings shall be delivered via DoD SAFE Website to the vendor's secure data custodian listed on the DD Form 2345. Drawings will not be supplied to requestors that do not submit a Joint certification Program verified DD Form 2345.
