The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PC Krause and Associates, Inc. (CAGE: 0ACR5) for the procurement of three (3) Electric Module Standardized, Part Number 12002-232-10, NSN: 5963-01-650-2927 for the Royal Canadian Air Force F/A-18 Program. The procurement will be issued under the authority of Foreign Military Sales case CN-P-FFU, Letter of Offer and Acceptance dated 28 December 2021 between the United States Government and the Royal Canadian Air Force. The Electric Module Standardized is a piece part of the SCR Module Dynamic Counter Tester (DCT). The Electric Module Standardized is required to repair broken SCR Module DCT’s in country. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
