The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a limited-competitive basis between Warren Machine Technology (CAGE 1BAG3) and DeVal Lifecycle (CAGE 11201) for the procurement of seven (7) HLU-288/E Bomb Hoists, P/N 1353AS100-1, NSN 1730-01-161-8632. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 07 July 2022 at 11:00 A.M. EDT to Shara Ruth at shara.j.ruth.civ@us.navy.mil.
