Synopsis: Hydraulic Fittings to repair MLG/ NLG DSRA Test Fixtures - N68335-22-Q-0199 PSC: 4920 NAICS: 332912 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to issue a sole source contract for the procurement of the following parts to repair 14 MLG/NLG DSRA Test Fixtures: P/N; MPB-L-S-6F-B, Half Mount -6, Qty: 56; P/N: HN-L-S-6F-B, Hose Half Assy With Nut -6, Qty: 72; P/N: MPB-L-S-6F-B, Half Mount -6, Qty: 35; P/N: HN-L-S-6F-B, Hose Half Assy With Nut -6, Qty: 45, in support of the V-22 Program. The anticipated award will be made to Hydraulics International Inc (CAGE: 56529). Hydraulics International, Inc. holds the proprietary rights to the drawings, specifications and data necessary to provide the required support equipment to meet the form, fit and function required of this requirement. NAVAIR intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
