The solicitation number is N6833522Q0133_26 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 326199 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The solicitation pricing on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com, will end on: 2022-10-27 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The NAWC-AD Lakehurst requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: NAWCAD Lakehurst intends to issue multiple BPAs in accordance with Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, Part 13 of the FAR to support the operational needs. Please note that a BPA is not a contract. A BPA is a streamlined method for acquiring supplies and services on an as-needed basis from qualified sources that are readily available. This particular BPA is for commodities under PSC 9390 – Nonmetallic Fabricated Materials (326199) – Commodity encompasses urethane and other foam products, plastics and rubber products). Prospective vendors are invited to submit their responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation within the next 120 days, as vendors will be added on a rolling basis throughout the lifetime of the BPA commodity program. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. NAWC-AD Lakehurst is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes.
