Security Cooperation Program Office (SCPO) is seeking information from industry on capabilities and abilities to upgrade the AN/ALQ-507 Operational Flight program (OFP) Canadian Mission Data Load Tool (CDNMDLT) software for use in Mission Data Load (MDL) build to support the AN/ALQ-507 and AN/ALQ-230 Electronic Support Measure (ESM) Systems; and Canadian Standard Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) Reference Format (SERF) Parser for use in MDL/MDF build support to the AN/ALQ-507 (CP140) and AN/ALQ-230 (CH148). Vendors should specifically provide how they have the capability and resources to perform the upgrade of the AN/ALQ-507 OPF CDNMDLT.
