The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Quality Performance, Inc. (CAGE Code: 0SJM3), for the wind tunnel testing and hardware items to be provided for the Moriah Wind System (MWS). This is an order off of the BOA N68335-20-G-1048 in which Quality Performance, Inc. is the original contractor that the award was given too. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), Far 6.302-1. However, the government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
