The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to the only authorized distributor of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Hydraulics International, INC. (CAGE 56529) in Chatsworth, CA for one (1) AA/F27T-12 Hydraulic Component Test Stand (Part Number: 4016AS100-1; NIIN: 015798823) with spares package in support of the Royal Australian Air force F/A-18 Super Hornet and Growler Program. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
