The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to Insight Public Sector, Inc. (CAGE 06ZC1) in Herndon, VA, for the procurement and annual renewal management of commercial off the shelf (COTS) software licenses and/or support for twenty-four (24) software applications across thirteen (13) vendors of computer software used on both the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) Programs. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
