The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a competitive Cost Plus Fixed Fee order for shipboard removal and installation services: This task provides support for the installation and check out for the ADMACS ADM installation onboard the LHD-1. Contractor will be responsible for installing the following for LHD-1; Large Screen Displays, Monitor Display 27”, Encoders, Printers, Laptops with docking stations, and Laptop without a docking station, along with the associated supporting cabling. The procurement will be competed amongst Alteration Installation Team (AIT) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders (N68335-19-G-0003, N68335-19-G-0004, N68335-19-G-0005, N68335-19-G-0006, N68335-19-G- 0007, N68335-19-G-0008, N68335-19-G-0009, N68335-19-G-0010, N68335- 19-G-0011, N68335-19-G-0012). The BOAs were issued under solicitation N68335-18-R-0024 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. The requirement will be for material and services including work in the following areas: Quality Assurance (QA), System Removal, Packaging and Shipping, Debris/Hazardous Material Disposition, Structural Work, Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, Electrical/Electronics, Piping/Plumbing, Fire Watch, Painting and Pre-Installation Checkout. Period of Performance for the contract will be: LHD-1, USS WASP, at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, Virginia VA, 07 July 2021 to 10 June 2022. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 336611. Only current AIT BOA holders will be able to compete for this requirement. All responsible small business sources, who have not currently submitted for an AIT BOA or who do not currently hold an AIT BOA, are encouraged to submit a capability statement in response to this announcement, and in accordance with Solicitation N68335-18-R-0024, if they would like to compete for future ship installation requirements.
