The Naval Air Warfare Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source basis contract with Landa Mobile Systems LLC. This action will procure modified Commercial-Off-The-Shelf 150’ and 85’ portable telescoping towers in support of the Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test Department. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
