All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, is officially releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on a Full and Open Competition basis. This effort is for design, fabricate, test, and deliver the Wheel Spin-Up Test Set in support of the T-45 aircraft program. "Solicitation N68335-21-R-0063." The RFP, Statement of Work (Attachment 1), Exhibit A (CDRLs), Attachment 3 (Past Performance Questionnaire), and Attachment 2 (CPARS Questionnaire) are available upon request. The interested offerors must be U.S. Government contractors and/or U.S. DoD contractors. NAWC-AD Lakehurst intends to issue a solicitation for design, fabricate, test, and deliver the Wheel Spin-Up Test Set in support of T-45 aircraft maintenance. This requirement will be a Full and Open Competition. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed-Price. The solicitation will be posted to beta.sam. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Synopsis. The Contract Specialist must be provided an approved DD2345 Certification Form from interested vendors prior to issuing the Statement of Work. For DD Form 2345 information, visit the DLIS website at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. In order to receive the Government-owned technical data / drawings, interested vendors must forward a current, approved DD Form 2345 "Military Critical Technical Data Agreement" to the Contract Specialist, via the email specified in this announcement. A submitted DD Form 2345 will be validated as being current with the Defense Logistics Agency's Logistics Information Service – Joint Certification Program.
