The contents of the amendments have not changed, only the numbering in Block 2 of each amendment. **PLEASE SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT 0003** **PLEASE SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT 0002** **PLEASE SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT 0001** The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to procure on a competitive basis, from qualified vendors, the design of improvement solutions, assembly, and installation of hardware, software, computer system, and all associated material to upgrade the Proprotor Gearbox (PRGB) Test Stand, P/N 18D11062-1. The PRGB Test Stand is used at the Depot level of maintenance for V-22 aircraft at Fleet Readiness Center, East. The test stand experiences unacceptable rates of failure and lengthy maintenance times. The Reliability & Maintainability of the PRGB Test Stand can be improved with changes to the torque and temperature measurement systems, oil control and monitoring system, heat exchanger system, water and oil plumbing, and re-written software. The intention is to competitively award this requirement as a 100% Small Business Set-aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price award. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination. Award will be made to the responsible small business whose proposal is technically acceptable and in full compliance to all other requirements set forth in the solicitation and presents the best value to the Government. Amendments to the solicitation, will be posted to the same website. Vendors should regularly access the website to ensure they have all the amendments.
