The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter sole source negotiations with Lockheed Martin (Cage Code 98897) for twenty (20) NLG Down Lock Wire Rope Set, P/N: 3404013-1, NSN 4010-01-477-4688 in support of the United States Navy KC-130J Program. Lockheed Martin owns the technical data for the NGL Down Lock Wire Rope Set. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
