The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD), Lakehurst has a requirement for Weapons Replaceable Assembly (WRA) Intelligence Community (IC) Load Management Apparatus (WILMA) Cables (set of 3) in support of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Program. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a Total Small Business Set Aside for the WILMA Cables under Request for Proposal number N6833521R0019. This will be a five (5) year Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This solicitation will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/ on or about 29 October 2020. This requirement includes technical data in which some or all of which is subject to export-control of either the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. All potential offerors must have an approved Joint Certification Program certification, form DD2345, at the following website: https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/ prior to receipt of the technical data package. NAWC-AD will not delay award in order for an offeror or its supplier to apply for and receive approval by the controlling authority to access the export-controlled data. Please note this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. Responses to this announcement are not proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future RFP/Solicitation or Contract Award.
