The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to the only authorized distributor of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation. (CAGE 01378) for two (2) X-Ray Apparatus, Radiographic A/E99D-2 (PN: 3-000-0727, NSN: 6635-01-537-0942), in support of the Kuwait F/A-18 E-F Super Hornet Program under Case KU-P-SBG. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
