This is a notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source contract pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only however, all responses received by the stated response date will be considered by the Government. The NAVAIR Warfare center in Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Integrated Support Systems Inc. (ISS) of Seneca, SC (CAGE: 0H7D0), for the procurement of software maintenance services for Systems and Logistics Integration Capability (SLIC) Windows Application Virtual Environment (WAVE). This requirement is for one (1) base year and up to four (4) option years. While this notice of intent is for informational purposes only, and not a request for competitive proposals, if a party believes they can provide this support, they may submit their technical capability, which shall be considered by the NAWC-AD LKE. The Government will not pay for information received. The Government retains the right not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
