The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract, on a sole-source basis to Keysight Technologies, Inc. (CAGE 7ZXR5) for the procurement of P/N 85133F, Cable Set; P/N E8257DN01, Signal Generator (US Navy PSG configuration bundle); and P/N N1913A-E23, Power Meter (N1913A Power Meter bundle), in support of Bahrain AH-1Z via Foreign Military Sales Case BA-P-SAO. Keysight Technologies, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the system described above, owns the data rights, and is the only known source for the full requirement to calibrate a variety of Vehicle Diagnostic Systems, Network Analyzers and Frequency Counters and provides the guaranty, warranty and calibration required to meet Calibration Standards for the AH-1Z Viper. The Calibration Standards combo pack will be used to calibrate aircraft equipment and support equipment directly related to the AH1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
