The NAVAIR Warfare center in Lakehurst, NJ intends to conduct a limited competition between Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC)(CAGE 98897), the original equipment manufacturer,and KWD Aircraft Support Equipment (CAGE 71671) an authorized distributor for LMC for the procurement of Dolly Assembly, APU; NSN 1730-01-470-8714; P/N 3401207-7. LMC and KWD are the only known sources able to meet this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
