The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract, on a sole-source basis to IDSC Holdings LLC d/b/a Snap-on Industrial (CAGE 55719) for the procurement of the Master Calibration System: Torque Calibrator, P/N TTC2000SYS28, in support of Bahrain AH-1Z via Foreign Military Sales Case BA-P-SAO. Snap-on Industrial, A division of IDSC Holdings LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the system described above, owns the data rights, and is the only known source for the TTC2000SYS to ensure system accuracy of the AH-1Z Viper to meet Calibration Standards. The Master Calibration System will be used to obtain quantifiable and verifiable test results during calibrations. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
