The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Parvion Technology Inc., CAGE code: 3CMA0, for the delivery of Off-Road Heliporter, part number H150E-1000-OR, in support of the MQ-8C Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program. Parvion Technology Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for this support equipment and is the only known company with the technical knowledge, proprietary data, and expertise necessary to manufacture this item. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
