The solicitation will be sent directly to these BOA holders. The BOAs were issued under solicitation N68335-18-R-0072. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The NAVAIR Office of Small Business Programs concurs. The NAICS code is 334515. All responsible sources, who have not currently submitted for an Operational Test Program Sets BOA, will be able to submit an Experience Statement for consideration in response to an upcoming notice posted on beta SAM if they would like to compete in future Operational Test Program Sets requirements.
