The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Pacific Consolidated Industries in Riverside, CA on a sole source basis for the procurement of Aircraft & Lox Converters Purging Units (PN: 3447AS100-1, NSN: 3655-01-361-8905) in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Kuwait F/A-18 E-F Super Hornet Program. The Government intends to procure the above service under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
