The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to the only authorized distributor of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Dutch Valley Supply Co. (CAGE 31068) in Lawrenceville, GA for two (2) Utility Cranes, P/N 9319-011, in support of the Kuwait F/A-18 Super Hornet Program. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
