The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, intends to issue an award on a Sole Source basis with The Boeing Company develop, test, produce, and deliver a second generation Interface Device Assembly (IDA2) that will be used to support on-aircraft and off-aircraft maintenance of the AN/ASD-10 Advanced Tactical Aerial Reconnaissance System (ATARS), AN/ASQ-228 Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) System, and Infrared Search and Track (IRST) System at the Organizational Level, Intermediate Level, and Depot Level. NOTE: The Statement of Work is Export Controlled therefore the contractor must submit a DD Form 2345. This is a Certification under the JCP establishes the eligibility of a U.S. or Canadian contractor to technical data governed, in the U.S., by DoD Directive 5230.25 and, in Canada, by the Technical Data Control Regulations (TDCR). A certification is required by U.S. or Canadian contractors that wish to obtain access to unclassified technical data disclosing militarily critical technology with military or space application that is under the control of, or in the possession of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) or the Canadian Department of National Defense (DND).
