PSC: K049 NAICS: 333924 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to issue a sole source contract to Zephyr International, LLC, OEM, CAGE CODE (3CAT3) for Upgrade Rescue Hoist Test Stands P/N ZGS-16000-6 and P/N ZGS-16000-6 v1 to be functionally and physically identical to the ZGS-16000-6 v2 configuration for the H-60 Program. Zephyr International, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Rescue Hoist Test Stands. They own all proprietary rights to the engineering data and detailed product drawings and not willing to sale the data rights. NAVAIR intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
